Database Development and Management Services

Over the years ECS has had the opportunity to offer easily applicable database development and management services to various NGOs, Donor organizations and Development Partners including USAID, GIZ, JICA and PharmAccess-Foundation in pursuit of their poverty alleviating socio-economic intervention programs in Third World countries. These services include programing the database of the Farmer Business School aspect of GIZ’s “Sustainable Cocoa Business” project that is co-founded by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the World Cocoa Foundation (WCF). Also under the African Health Markets for Equity (AHME) partnership that works towards increasing the access of the poor to priority health services and technologies in Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria, ECS was contracted by PharmAccess Foundation-Ghana to provide training and post-training support services with its Excel-based EasyBooks® Accounting Software to selected Maternity Homes, Clinics and Hospitals in Ghana.

At ECS we see the relevance of offering simple and economical database management concept which help organizations and their partners in their challenges of having reliable information management systems and efficient report structures. We have over the past 15 years provided Excel-based database management systems to both local and international organizations to support their poverty alleviating projects in developing countries. Our approach is to systematically develop database management systems – simple and efficient – customized and tailor- made to meet the client’s specific project needs efficiently. The development of our software is problem-oriented and cost effective.

We also continue to offer our already existing Excel-based EasyBooks® Accounting Software to clients, which is easily adaptable and customizable to meet client’s specific needs.
